Each patient participates in a new patient physical prior to adjusting.

Service Description

This process is necessary to provide the Doctor with information about your health and wellness goals. Share any questions or concerns you have with Dr. Blair at your visit. Plan an extra 15 minutes for your first appointment to fill-out the new patient intake form and allow time for your physical.
